MANASSAS, VA — Every community has its bright spots — the neighbors, businesses and local favorites that make it feel like home. As 2025 comes to a close, Patch and T-Mobile are recognizing the people, places and moments that made this year brighter in Manassas through our Best of 2025 series.

How did this person, place or experience make a difference in your life or community this year?

Counseling and Forensic Services, Inc. has served as a strong and reliable resource in our community by providing accessible, trauma-informed mental health services to individuals, families and those involved in the justice system. Through our specialized programs — anger management, domestic violence intervention, substance abuse treatment and more — we’ve helped community members find stability, healing and healthier paths forward. With the support of our Veterans Grant, we’ve expanded this mission even further by offering no-cost, comprehensive services to veterans who are navigating trauma, substance use, reintegration challenges and other mental health needs. This grant has allowed us to meet veterans where they are, reduce barriers to care, and provide the dedicated support they deserve.

Your dedication to providing compassionate, accessible, and life-changing services has touched countless lives. From supporting individuals and families to expanding vital resources for our veterans, CFS continues to be a place of healing, growth and hope. I’m grateful to be part of an organization that truly makes a difference every day.
