Man Charged With Destruction of Property

A Manassas man was arrested after damaging a neighbor's home, Manassas City Police said.

Julio Ceasar Flores, 28, of the 8700 block of Tanglewood Lane, was arrested for destruction of property on Oct. 3, police said. A resident reported that an intoxicated neighbor had damaged the front door and side window of their home on the 9900 block of Grapewood Court.  

Flores was held on a $1,500 bond and his court date was set for Nov. 20.
