Man Rapes 4-Year-Old Girl In Manassas: Police
A man was arrested for raping and sodomizing a 4-year-old girl last summer at a home in Manassas, according to Prince William County Police.
MANASSAS, VA—A man was arrested Friday for raping a 4-year-old girl last summer at a home in Manassas, according to Prince William County Police. Carlos Felipe Castillo Rivera, 53, of the 10005 block of Irongate Way, was charged with one count of rape and two counts of sodomy.
Last Tuesday, police began investigating the incident after the girl told someone about the incident. Police found that Rivera, an acquaintance of the girl, sexually assaulted her sometime over the summer in the Manassas area of Prince William County.
