Man Sought For Terrorizing Woman In Manassas: Police

Authorities are looking for a man who assaulted a woman and ransacked her apartment Monday night in Manassas: Prince William County Police.

MANASSAS, VA—Authorities are looking for a man who assaulted a woman and ransacked her apartment Monday night in the 8100 block of Peakwood Court, according to Prince William County Police.

Dale Christopher Caison, 28, of no fixed address, is described as black, 5-11, 220 pounds with a medium build, light complexion, and having black, medium-length dreadlocks, brown eyes and beard. He's wanted for robbery, burglary, domestic assault and battery, preventing the summoning of law enforcement and petit larceny.

Around 7:45 p.m., police went to the aforementioned address for a reported domestic assault. A 27-year-old woman said she and Caison, an acquaintance, were involved in an argument just outside the apartment that escalated. He then forced his way into the home and knocked the woman to the ground.

He ransacked several rooms, and took the woman's cell phone when she tried to call police. Caison eventually left the apartment with her cell phone. She tried to follow him before calling for help. Minor injuries were reported. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 703-792-6500.
