4. Number of the Day: $18,000. That’s how much in gifts Republican gubernatorial candidate Ken Cuccinelli received from Star Scientific CEO Jonnie Williams. Under heavy pressure, Gov. Bob McDonnell is reimbursing Williams for several controversial gifts Williams has given his family. Cuccinelli told reporters Wednesday that he isn’t going to do the same. “There are some bells you can’t unring,” Cuccinelli said.
