Manassas Park City Council, School Board Hosts Dinner and Meeting, Battle at Lake Erie and the Number of the Day

1. Today: The Manassas Park Governing Body and School Board will have a joint dinner and meeting for the community beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Manassas Park Community Center. Professional photos by former school board Chairman Mike Wine will be taken. 

2. You Said It: “For Governor I will vote for a man who actually lives here, works here, raised his family here, Ken Cuccinelli!” A reader responds to our question about whether you’ll be voting this November. Estimates suggest a poor voter turnout for the statewide election.
