What are you thankful for?

I am thankful for the UVA Haymarket Hospital for taking amazing care of me when I had an emergency at the first of the year. The surgeons to the nurses were all amazing and caring people. I am thankful for my family to recognize I was in crisis and not let me say “Oh I am ok”. I am thankful for my network of friends and family. I am thankful for my son and husband for always treating me like an angel. Our neighbors might as well be family. I just adopted a boxer from a rescue whose owner died during surgery, he found me. Our family has experienced a lot of loss but still are moving forward. I am blessed.
