Metro Schedule for Presidents' Day 2013
Metro will operate on a Saturday schedule on Monday because of the Presidents' Day holiday. There is no VRE service on Monday.

Metro riders on Monday should anticipate trains running on a Saturday schedule and buses running on a "Saturday Supplemental" schedule due to the Presidents' Day holiday.
There is no Virginia Railway Express (VRE) service on Monday.

The system will open at 5 a.m. and close at midnight.
Orange Line:

- Free shuttle buses will replace Orange Line trains between Stadium-Armory and Cheverly because of work at the Stadium-Armory station. Customers using the shuttle bus should add up to 30 minutes to their travel time, according to Metro.
- Minnesota Ave and Deanwood stations will be closed.
- The last train of the night from New Carrollton to Cheverly will depart at 10:46 p.m. Monday night, 50 minutes earlier than normal.
Blue Line
- Free shuttle buses will replace Blue Line trains between Stadium-Armory and Largo Town Center because of work at the Stadium-Armory station.
- Shuttle bus service will operate on two routes: local buses will operate between Stadium-Armory and Largo Town Center serving all intermediate stations; add up to 50 minutes of travel time. Limited stop buses will operate between Stadium-Armory, Addison Road and Largo Town Center stations only; add up to 35 minutes of travel time.
- Benning Road, Capitol Heights, Addison Road, Morgan Boulevard and Largo Town Center stations will be closed.
Red Line:
- Red Line trains will single track between Rhode Island Avenue and Takoma to allow platform reconstruction.
- Between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m., additional trains will operate between Shady Grove and NoMa-Gallaudet, resulting in service about every 10 minutes between those stations.
Green Line:
- Trains will operate on a normal Saturday schedule.
Yellow Line:
- Trains will operate on a normal Saturday schedule.
Metrobus Schedule
According to a Metro news release, "Metrobus service will operate on a "Saturday Supplemental" schedule; customers should check timetables for details."
