A man missing for more than a month was found dead Friday in a field in Manassas, according to Prince William County Police.

MANASSAS, VA—A man missing for more than a month was found dead Friday in a field in the 14300 block of Dumfries Road, according to Prince William County Police. The body was later determined to be that of Gregory Lamont Minor, 43, of Triangle. There are no indications of foul play, and authorities say there's no need for public concern.
Shortly before 9:15 a.m., police went to the scene after someone reported finding a body lying in a field. The caller and others found the body while surveying the property for upcoming construction. Minor was pronounced dead at the scene, and a final cause of death will be made after toxicology results are completed.
Minor was reported missing Nov. 30 after he hadn't been seen for more than a week. He was last seen the night of Nov. 22 entering his residence in the 18200 block of Old Triangle Road in Triangle after being discharged from a hospital. Investigators believe he left his home voluntarily, and repeated searches of the area turned up nothing.
