New Sex Charges at Manassas Area Church: Police

Second victim comes forward after former youth pastor charged with indecent liberties Aug. 18, according to Prince William County Police.

MANASSAS, VA — A former youth pastor faced new charges Tuesday after a second victim came forward claiming inappropriate, sexual contact, according to Prince William County Police.

Jordan David Baird, 25, of the 6600 block of Kelly Road, Warrenton, faces a new count of indecent liberties by a custodian. He was already charged with 2 other counts of indecent liberties in an Aug. 18 arrest.

The new charge stems from allegations that, in 2013, Baird made inappropriate statements and exposed himself to a woman who was 17-years-old at the time while at Life Church on Balls Ford Road.
