Parrish Law Firm Launches “Furry Friyays” to Help Local Rescue Pets Find Homes in Northern Virginia

Manassas, VA – August 15, 2025 — The Parrish Law Firm has partnered with To The Rescue Inc., a nonprofit animal rescue organization, to launch a new community initiative called Furry Friyays, aimed at helping adoptable pets in Northern Virginia find loving, permanent homes.

Every Friday, the firm highlights four rescue pets on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. These featured pets have been rescued from high-kill shelters and are now ready for adoption through To The Rescue Inc.

“Furry Friyays is our way of using our platform for more than legal work—it’s about giving back to our community,” said Jim Parrish, founder of Parrish Law Firm. “These animals deserve a second chance, and we’re honored to help make that happen.”

The campaign began on National Pet Day (April 11, 2025) and has continued every Friday since then. With growing support from the local community, Furry Friyays has helped increase visibility for rescue pets in need of loving homes across Prince William County and surrounding areas.
The initiative aligns with the law firm’s ongoing commitment to community outreach, which includes educational scholarships, seasonal donation drives, and youth-focused programs.
