From Old Town favorites like Carmello’s and Battle Street Bistro to chains such as Red Lobster, the roundup highlights where to book now before tables fill up.

The free celebration features student speeches, a youth community choir, dancers, and a Day of Service food drive supporting local pantries, all organized by the Prince William County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
