Police: Man Wanted for Rape
Prince William County Police said Lucas Balmoris Orellana Chicas is accused of raping an acquaintance Tuesday.

Prince William County Police are searching for a man who is accused of raping an acquaintance.
Police have obtained a warrant for the arrest of Lucas Balmoris Orellana Chicas, 34, of no fixed address.
On Tuesday at 4:01 p.m., police responded to the 8100 block of Community Drive in the Manassas area, where a 19-year-old Manassas woman reported a rape. She told police that she and Orellano Chicas were inside a residence in the area when he raped her, said police spokesperson Officer Jonathan Perok.

After the assault, a friend of the victim confronted Orellana Chicas in front of the residence and a fight broke out. Orellana Chicas was able to get away and fled on foot, Perok said. Police checked the surrounding neighborhood but did not find him. Following the investigation, police obtained a warrant for Orellana Chicas' arrest.
He is described as a Hispanic male, 5’6”, 145lbs, medium build with brown eyes and a shaved head. Police ask anyone with information to call Crime Solvers at 703-670-3700 or 1-866-411-TIPS.
