PWC, Manassas Schools Make Weather Decision For Jan. 6
Prince William County and Manassas City Public Schools made schedule changes due to a winter storm starting late Sunday into Monday.

MANASSAS, VA — Prince William County and Manassas students will have at least one additional day off after winter break.
Prince William County's school system announced schools and offices are closed on Monday, Jan. 6. The closure applies to all but inclement weather employees.
Manassas City Public Schools also announced it would be closed and follow a code blue for employees. Manassas Park Public Schools are closed, and employees will follow a code red.

The change is due to a winter storm that could bring a foot of snow to the region, starting late Sunday into Monday. Prince William County and other parts of the region are under a winter storm warning from 10 p.m. Sunday to 1 a.m. Tuesday.
