Serial 'Porch Pirate' Busted In Manassas: PWC Police

MANASSAS, VA—A woman who stole multiple packages from home doorsteps May 16-21 was arrested Thursday, May 30, according to Prince William County Police. Amber Shonta Freeman, 27, of the 13007 block of Cordelia Court in Woodbridge, was charged with four counts of grand larceny.

Her arrest came the same day police received a tip about someone possibly involved in the thefts that occurred on Craggan Lane and Girvan Court. After authorities identified her, a search of her home found items previously reported stolen. Homeowners said the stolen items included housewares, toys, jewelry, electronics and "other accessories."
