Snow Emergency Declared in Manassas
Cars can't be parked along snow emergency routes during a snow emergency, Manassas officials said.

The impending Virginia snow storm has prompted Manassas city officials to issue a snow emergency effective 8 p.m. today.
A snow emergency indicates that cars parked along designated snow emergency routes are subject to towing and fines. Once the weather event is over, the snow emergeny will be lifted and residents may park their cars as normal.
