Teen Charged With Burglarizing Neighbor's Home

A 16-year-old male was arrested and charged with burglary on Sept. 28, Prince William County Police said.

A homeowner on the 9900 block of Shallow Creek Loop reported she was inside her home when she saw the teenager enter through a rear window. She left the home and called police around 9:29 p.m. The teen is a neighbor of the woman, police said.

When officers arrived, they found the suspect still inside the house. No items were reported missing.
