Truck Driver Dies In Manassas Area Crash: Police
Prince William County Police are investigating a fatal crash involving a Mack truck.
MANASSAS, VA — A truck driver died in a fatal crash in the Manassas area early Sunday, according to Prince William County Police.
Around 4:45 a.m. officers responded to the crash in the area of Prince William Parkway and Hansen Farm Rd in Manassas. A police investigation found the driver of a 2022 Mack Anthem truck was heading east on Prince William Parkway approaching the intersection of Hansen Farm Road. Police say the truck veered off the roadway onto the right shoulder and struck a guardrail.
The driver was taken to the hospital and was later pronounced deceased. Police initially believe the truck driver may have experienced a medical emergency before the crash.

The driver was identified as Jatinder Chauhan, 35, of Turlock, California.
