BRISTOW, VA — An amazing lineup of music talent is coming to Northern Virginia this weekend for Farm Aid 2016. The concert is set for Saturday, Sept. 17 at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow. Doors will open at 12 noon.
Headliners include Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp, Dave Matthews and Alabama Shakes.
Since 1985, Farm Aid has raised more than $50 million to help family farmers thrive all over the country while inspiring millions of people to take part in the Good Food Movement.

Farm Aid’s annual concert is an all-day music and food festival, featuring a lineup of artists and family farm-identified, local and organic foods with its own HOMEGROWN Concessions. In Farm Aid’s HOMEGROWN Village, attendees will have the chance to meet farmers, engage in hands-on food and farm activities, and learn about family farming.

Organizers say there will be plenty of on-site parking. The parking fee is included in your ticket price and only ticketed patrons are allowed in the parking lots. Organizers strongly encourage carpooling, as traffic may be heavy. The venue is Uber and taxi accessible.
