2 DMV Airports To Open 11 New Food, Beverage And Retail Concessions
Travelers visiting two airports in the Washington, D.C. region will soon encounter 11 new places to dine, drink and shop.

WASHINGTON, DC — Travelers will soon be able to take advantage of 11 new retail and restaurant offerings at Washington Dulles International and Ronald Reagan Washington Airports.
On Wednesday, the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority unveiled the latest round of food, beverage and retail brands as part of a multiyear effort to redevelop more than 80 concessions at Northern Virginia’s two major airports. Since 2023, 47 new or renovated locations have opened to serve airport customers.
“The Airports Authority continues its focus on brands that represent the regional D.C. experience,” said Jaimini Erskine, Airports Authority vice president for marketing and concessions. “These openings enhance the passenger experience and create economic opportunities for businesses around the area to deliver high-quality, local and unique offerings.”

Here are the concessions coming to Dulles International Airport:
- Perch & Roost – All day offerings with a focus on breakfast, sandwiches and salads.
- Social House – Offers an eclectic menu with local craft beers on tap, based in Loudoun County.
- 2 Silos Brewing Co. – From light lagers to barrel-aged stouts, they create high-quality, delicious craft beer in a wide variety of styles.
- The Market at Shenandoah (with Starbucks) – Retail marketplace with an array of local products, as well as an adjacent full-service Starbucks.
- Wanderlust – Offers local gourmet chocolates, specialty gifts and unique one-of-a-kind souvenirs that celebrate the spirit of Washington, D.C.
- Starbucks – New location of the national coffeehouse chain.
- Clyde’s – Known for local and farm-grown produce, legendary burgers and all-American fare.
- Aslin Beer Co. – Local iconic brewery with a diverse menu.

- Maker’s Union – Chef-driven, modern American gastropub.
- Wiseguy Pizza – Quick-service local pizza brand.
- Johnston & Murphy – Lifestyle brand with classic shoes, menswear and women's ready-to-wear attire.
Additional concessions will be coming to Dulles Airport once construction is completed on Concourse E, which is scheduled to open in late 2026. The construction is part of the multi-year Dulles Next airport construction program aimed at enhancing customer service and addressing future growth.

Travelers arriving at Dulles International recently encountered three new concessions: Ben’s Chili Bowl, Rappahannock Oyster Bar and Gatsby restaurant. Within the last few months at Reagan National, Solid State Books and Tumi luggage have opened new stores, in addition to a new Half Moon Empanadas kiosk.
"These multi-phase redevelopment efforts will introduce new retail and dining options that highlight the best of the DMV region and beyond, also featuring popular national brands that surprise and delight travelers,” said Alyson Murphy, vice president of Fraport Washington Partnership LLC, which manages concessions for the Airports Authority. “This initiative reflects the high-quality mix of retail, and we are proud to bring them to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and Washington Dulles International Airport."
