RESTON, VA — A sure sign that spring is here and summer is just around the corner is the return of Reston's Farmers Market Saturday morning at Lake Anne Village.

The Reston Farmers Market is open, rain or shine, every Saturday, April 26 through Nov. 22, 8 a.m.-12 p.m., in the Lake Anne Village parking lot, located at 1609 Washington Plaza N. in Reston.

SNAP beneficiaries receive up to $20 match at the Reston Farmers Market.

During the Reston Association's annual meeting on April 8, the RA Board of Directors presented a certificate of appreciation to John Lovaas, who founded the Reston Farmers Market in 1998.

In December 2023, Lovaas announced his retirement as market manager. Fran Lovaas, Keith and Anne Strange, Ben Miller are the current co-market managers.
