6 Retailers Sign Leases To Open Locations In Reston Town Center: BXP

RESTON, VA — Six new retailers have signed leases with developer BXP to open locations in Reston Town Center.

Located adjacent to the Silver Line Metro Station, Reston Town Center includes a ” two-tower, 1.1-million-square-foot premier workplace, the 39-story Skymark residential tower, a dual-branded AC Marriott/Residence Inn hotel, and 60,000 additional feet of retail,” according to BXP’s release.

The new businesses will include four restaurants, a personal health services provider, and an “urban boutique.” Here are all the details about the six business slated to open soon in Reston Town Center:

• Clarity (1996 Opportunity Way) – RAMMY award-winning modern American casual fine dining restaurant offering a seasonal, extensive à la carte menu and a special four-course prix-fixe tasting menu
• Toastique (11990 Inspiration Street) – Gourmet toast, juice, and coffee bar offering a variety of traditional and specialty toasts, acai bowls, cold-pressed smoothies, wellness shots, and coffee beverages
• Yunnan by Potomac Noodle House (1975 Opportunity Way) – Upscale Chinese restaurant specializing in mixian bowls – a light and almost fluffy rice noodle prepared with braised meats, rich broths and sweet, savory and spicy sauce – and complemented by regionally and seasonally-inspired small plates including bao buns, jiaozi dumplings, and shaokao barbecue
• iCryo (12000 Inspiration Street) – Global health and wellness brand featuring a variety of personal health services, such as cryotherapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna, iV drip infusion, and compression therapy
• Urbi Goods (11962 Market St.) – Urban boutique specializing in handcrafted exquisite jewelry, including permanent pieces, earrings, necklaces, and rings
• MidnighTreats (1826 Discovery St.) – Northern Virginia’s only 100% plant-based, specialty cookie shop offering massive, made from scratch cookies weighing a third of a pound; flavors range from classics like chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin to non-traditional concoctions, like cinna-roll and coconut caramel

BXP is also celebrating the arrival of four other retailers within the first four months of 2025 — Shake Shack, Kusshi Sushi, Corsica Wine Bar and Evereve.
