Man Found Hiding In Closet After Hit-And-Run Near Reston: Police
Police say they found a man hiding in a closet after a hit-and-run crash and then break-in near Reston.

VIENNA, VA -- Police have arrested a man found hiding in a closet after he crashed a car and then broke into a home near Reston, police say.
Polie from the Reston District Station were called to the 1200 block of Thompson Run Court at around 7:55 p.m. on March 14 to a report of a suspect who ran from the scene of a hit-and-run crash, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.
"Around the same time, a nearby homeowner reported someone forced entry into their home," the report states. "Officers checked the home and located Zachary Fossett, 23, of Ashburn, hiding in a closet."

Police charged Fossett with hit and run, burglary, driving while intoxicated, possession of schedule I or II drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
