RESTON, VA — There will be some significant road closures and detours in the area of the Dulles Toll Road in the vicinity of Reston and Herndon this week.

Work will affect the Dulles Toll Road (DTR), Dulles International Airport Access Highway (DIAAH), Dulles Greenway, Autopilot Drive, Herndon Parkway, Edmund Halley Drive, Sunrise Valley Drive, Sunset Hills Road, Lockridge Road, and Moran Road during the week of July 21-27, according to a statement from the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project.

Officials urge drivers to be cautious and "remain attentive to all signage, barricades and speed limits, and obey all police and flagger instructions," the statement reads. "Slow-moving vehicles and equipment may be entering and exiting the highways and surrounding roads."
