(nbc12.com) — Richmond police have issued a critical missing-person alert for 32-year-old Lanee Spell, last seen on Warwick Road around 7:45 a.m. Sunday and considered at risk. Residents are urged not to approach anyone they believe is her, but to immediately call Richmond Police at 804-646-5100 with any information.
