• Anonymous clothing distributor takes large warehouse lease in Springfield (ffxnow.com) — A major national apparel distributor has leased a 95,600-square-foot warehouse at Robinson Terminal on Wimsatt Road in Springfield, creating a key East Coast hub inside the Beltway. The six-year deal is one of Northern Virginia’s largest recent industrial leases and keeps the Springfield portion of the historic terminal in active warehouse use, capitalizing on rail access and quick connections to regional highways.
