Ewald Basketball Courts Get New Lights

The basketball courts at Ewald Park are getting new, state-of-the-art, energy-efficient lights.

The City of Alexandria’s Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities is replacing the existing lights. Work will continue through Feb. 22. Crews will be working during the day and the lights will not be working until construction is completed.

Ewald Park is at 4452 Duke St. at the intersection of Duke and S. Jordan streets.
