17-Year-Old Killed In West End Alexandria, Death Ruled Homicide
A man was pronounced dead after Alexandria Police responded to a building in the West End Wednesday morning.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — A fatal shooting of a 17-year-old is under investigation in a residential part of West End Alexandria Wednesday.
Alexandria Police responded to the 5500 Block of Ascot Court around 5:35 a.m. Wednesday, where a man was found with upper body trauma. Despite life-saving measures by responding medics, the man was pronounced dead.
The victim was identified as a 17-year-old Alexandria resident. The medical examiner ruled the death as a homicide.
