Volunteers Participate in Featherstone Cleanup
Local volunteers from Covenant Presbyterian Church helped make Woodbridge a bit more beautiful.
From Keep Prince William Beautiful:
Woodbridge, VA – Volunteers from removed litter and debris along Featherstone road as part of Keep Prince William Beautiful’s spring cleanup program. They also cleared debris in front of a wooded stretch of land along Alabama Avenue. Youth director Josh Fowler and approximately 15 members of the church removed seven bags of trash, including a discarded shopping cart. This is not the first time members from Covenant Presbyterian Church have worked with Keep Prince William Beautiful on community projects. Last year, members helped rehabilitate a garden near the Virginia Rail Express station and labeled storm drains.
