WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man was arrested Sunday morning after entering a homeowner's residence with the homeowner at home in the 13900 block of Mathews Drive, according to Prince William County Police. Angel Quijano Arce, 31, of the 14800 block of Alabama Avenue, was charged with unlawful entry and intoxication in public.Shortly before 8 a.m., police went to the home for a reported burglary in progress. The homeowner said an unknown man entered the residence through an unsecured back door without permission. When police arrived, sure enough, there he was. Arce was detained and found to be intoxicated. He later was arrested and held without bond.<hr />Photo: Prince William County Police
