WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man was arrested Monday after sexually assaulting a woman the previous night at a Hilton Garden Inn hotel room in the 2500 block of Neabsco Common Place, according to Prince William County Police. Chevas Howard Arrington, 35, of the 11300 block of Mayo Court in Glenn Allen, was charged with object sexual penetration and aggravated sexual battery.Police found that the 27-year-old woman was sexually assaulted by Arrington—an acquaintance—while she was in her hotel room. An acquaintance of the woman saw the assault and confronted Arrington, who fled before police arrived. He turned himself in the next day.<hr />Photo: Prince William County Police
