Luis Jesus Barajas, 72, is described as Hispanic, 5-10, 150 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He's wanted for object sexual penetration.Police began investigating in September 2018 after the girl disclosed the incidents. They obtained an arrest warrant for him on May 28 but attempts to find him have been unsuccessful. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 703-792-6500.
