Police: Intruder Assaults Dumfries Man, Breaks Table

Police are now looking for Triangle resident after incident with acquaintance, according to Prince William County Police.

Prince William County Police are looking for a man who is accused of assaulting an acquaintance at his home. 

Raymond Laird Davis Jr., 19, of Milroy Drive in Triangle, is wanted for malicious wounding, burglary and destruction of property. 

On May 24 at 12:30 a.m., police responded to the 2500 block of Sedgewick Place in Dumfries, where a 42-year-old Dumfries man reported that an acquaintance entered his residence without permission and assaulted him.

Davis broke a glass table inside the home, police said. The victim sustained significant but non-life threatening injuries to his face. Davis then fled the residence. After an investigation, officers obtained warrants for Davis' arrest.

Davis is described as a a black male, about 5’10”, 150lbs, with a medium build, black hair and brown eyes.
