Prince William County Police said that Joshua Alexander Duncan, of Dale City, jumped on a police cruiser as he tried to flee from police.

A Dale City man lit a Molotov Cocktail after an argument, then jumped on a police cruiser as he tried to run from officers, Prince William County Police said.
Joshua Alexander Duncan, 24, of Photo Drive in Dale City, is charged with three counts of fire bombing, resisting arrest, destruction of property and disorderly conduct.
A 45-year-old Woodbridge woman told police on Monday around 7 p.m. that she and Duncan were involved in an argument. After the argument, Duncan walked out of the home and damaged a side mirror on the woman's car, police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok said.

"The accused then retrieved a bottle of alcohol and constructed a 'Molotov Cocktail' which he then lit and discarded at the dead-end of Portland Dr before returning to the residence," Perok said in a press release.
The Fire Marshal's Office investigated the incident. Meanwhile, Duncan found police officers at his home, waiting to arrest him for breaking the mirror, according to Perok.
