Santa Arrival, More Events With Jolly Man In Red Coming To Potomac Mills

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Santa Claus is coming to town, and all the good girls and boys in Woodbridge will soon be able to share their wish lists.

Santa's Arrival Party at Potomac Mills is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 25. From 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., guests can enjoy face painting, festive balloon twisting, holiday characters and giveaways while supplies last.

The Santa Photo Experience will be open from Nov. 21 to Christmas Eve, Dec. 24 at the Grand Court near T.J. Maxx. Hours will vary by day, and reservations are recommended to guarantee your time to meet the jolly man in red. The mall is closed on Thanksgiving, Nov. 27.

Other Santa events this season at Potomac Mills are:

• Letters to Santa: Children can write their Christmas wish list letters to Santa in the Grand Court near TJMaxx from Nov. 21 to Dec. 24. The station will be located next to Santa during Santa hours.
• Military Kids Santa Party: Military families are invited to celebrate the holidays with Santa, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Dec. 4. All families will receive one Military Build-A-Bear per child as supplies last and will also enjoy face painting, a balloon artist, a Santa letter writing station, coloring and gift bag giveaways. Santa photos will be available for purchase. Reservations are limited, and military ID is required.
• Caring Santa: This event from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 7 is geared toward children with special needs and their families. Reservations are required for the private, sensory-friendly experience.
