The Prince William County Police have released a suspicious person alert after a girl was approached by a man in the 16200 block of Owl Eagle Court.Around 4 p.m. Oct. 22, a 10-year-old girl was walking home when a man wearing a cloth mask came up to her. The man reportedly grabbed her arm and asked if she wanted candy. The girl immediately ran home and told her mother.The incident was reported Thursday and the girl was not injured.The suspect was described as an older black man with a white beard and heavy build.
