Traffic is stopped on Interstate 95 south just before the Route 234 exit in Prince William County due to an accident.  <a href="http://www.511virginia.org/mobile/?menu_id=incidents" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">A Virginia Department of Transportation alert</a> said the south left lane and right lane are closed. HOV traffic is being diverted into the Main Line at Cardinal Drive; all Main Line lanes are currently open. Motorists should expect delays.  Fire and rescue units are on scene.
