Two Similar Burglaries Within Hours of Each Other Hit Woodbridge
Both businesses reported broken front glass windows on Jefferson Davis Highway Jan. 12, PWCPD reports.

Two businesses on the same road were burglarized and reported the same missing item, according to Prince William County Police.
Officials reported to Coin Laundry, 14573 Jefferson Davis Highway, for the investigation at 4:51 a.m. Monday. The business’s front glass window had been broken out and a cash register was reported missing but later found nearby, PWCPD reports. The owner reported that the burglary took place between midnight and 4:30 a.m. the same day.
A similar incident was reported just down the road at Teddy’s Market, 14418 Jefferson Davis Highway. Police arrived on location at 6:59 a.m. Monday. An entry was made through a front glass window that was broken out and a cash register with an unidentified amount of money was reported missing as well, according to PWCPD. The owner told police that the burglary occurred between 7 p.m. Sunday and 6:59 a.m. Monday.

Anyone with information on either burglaries should contact the Prince William County Crime Solvers at 703-670-3700 and 1-866-411-TIPS (8477). Callers can remain anonymous and there is a cash reward of up to $1,000 for tips that lead to an arrest.
