Woodbridge High School Graduate Cited By Virginia Lottery
A Woodbridge High School graduate been selected by the Virginia Lottery as one of its four "Made in Virginia" winners.

WOODBRIDGE, VA—An area man has been selected by the Virginia Lottery as one of its four "Made in Virginia" winners, an award that honors "exceptional individuals who got their start in Virginia public schools. Say hello to George Preston, a Woodbridge High graduate and co-owner of SAI Engineering in Woodbridge.
Preston, who was nominated by a fellow SAI employee, won $9,000 to be donated to his old school at 3001 Chain Bridge Road. According to the lottery, the Virginia Tech graduate was among those "who have created noteworthy success in their career, overcome remarkable adversity or demonstrated a relentless passion for service to their community, (and was) selected from among hundreds of statewide nominees."
Preston was nominated for his commitment to volunteerism. He has mentored students in Prince William County and coached a youth basketball team.
