Barista Bust: Snohomish Sheriff’s Office Sergeant Arrested in Connection With Raids

This morning, Sergeant Darrell O’Neill, a 30 year veteran of the Snohomish Sheriff’s Office, was arrested by the Everett Police Department for conspiracy to promote prostitution and official misconduct. 

This arrest is related to today's raids on seven coffee stands, five of which were in Snohomish County, according to Everett Police.
