
 A 35-year-old Edmonds man has been charged with attempted kidnapping after an incident in Seattle in which he allegedly tried to yank a 4-year-old away from his family, according to a KOMO-News report.
Police say Tra Young tried to pull the boy away from his grandmother's hand while the boy's family in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. He allegedly ran off after the child's aunt confronted him, and he was later arrested, the KOMO story said.
Young is charged with second degree attempted kidnapping and remains in jail on $750,000 bail.
