Heads up, Edmonds parents: The Edmonds School District has released its list of important dates for the 2013-14 school year.
- Wednesday, Sept. 4: First Day of School
- Friday, Sept. 20: Professional development day, no school
- Friday, Oct. 18: Professional development day, no school
- Oct. 21-25: Grades K-6 parent-teacher conferences, early release
- Monday, Nov. 11: Veterans Day, no school
- Wednesday, Nov. 27: Professional development day, no school
- Nov. 28-29: Thanksgiving Break, no school
- Dec. 23 to Jan. 3: Winter Break, no school
- Monday, Jan. 20: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, no school
- Thursday, Jan. 23: Early release (all grades)
- Friday, Jan. 24: Professional development day, no school
- Friday, Feb. 7: Professional development day, no school
- Monday, Feb. 17: Presidents Day, no school
- Tuesday, Feb. 18: No school
- March 19-20: Grades K-6 parent-teacher conferences, early release
- Friday, March 21: Professional development day, no school
- April 7-11: Spring Break, no school
- Friday, April 25: Professional development day, no school
- Friday, May 16: Professional development day, no school
- Monday, May 26: Memorial Day, no school
