Help ID Wanted Man In SnoCo: Sheriff

SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — County law enforcement officials on Friday asked residents across the region to keep an eye out for 44-year-old Timothy Curtis, who is reportedly wanted on a felony warrant for charges related to fraud.

Curtis is accused of using a fake ID and fraudulent checks to buy roughly $7,000 in tools and building materials from businesses in Marysville.

The first allegedly fraudulent purchase occurred at Pilchuck Rentals, located at 9114 State Ave., and involved an HCS18 Pro Sod cutter valued at $5,000.

The second purchase at a different but unidentified Marysville business resulted in the loss of more than $2,000 worth of unspecified building materials.

Curtis is said to have ties to Everett and North Snohomish County. Locals may recognize him as a landscaper, sheriff's officials said.

Curtis may be driving a dark-colored Ford F150, which may or may not also have camouflage decals. Sheriff's officials said Curtis was recently attempting to sell the truck.

Curtis is described as white, roughly 6 feet tall, and about 240 pounds. He has light brown hair and blue eyes.
