Caswell bartended for two years at Osteria La Spiga on Capitol Hill. The restaurant was closed last Saturday for regular business to host an open benefit for his family and to give him a proper burial, the Capitol Hill blog reported.
The blog reported that Caswell was an artist who sold his paintings in several stores on Capitol Hill, a born skateboarder, who showed great compassion and sense of humor.Â
