After 30 Years, Clover Park Assistant Superintendent Gary Wilson Calls It A Career

After working in the Clover Park School District for more than 30 years, Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Schools Gary Wilson is retiring.

Wilson began his career in Clover Park as an elementary school teacher and served as the principal of Parkway, Heartwood, Tillicum, Oakwood and Park Lodge Elementary Schools and Lochburn Middle School.

In 2004, he began his district administrative duties as the director of student services.

Community members, former staff members, colleagues and students are invited to an open house in his honor on Tuesday, June 18 from 4 to 6 p.m. in room 4 at the Student Services Center, 10903 Gravelly Lake Drive SW in Lakewood.

A special program begins at 5 p.m. Light refreshments will be served. Guests are encouraged to share their favorite “Gary” stories!
