Artillery Training Scheduled This Week (Jan. 29) At JBLM
Artillery, mortar, and demolition training will take place between Tuesday morning and Thursday night this week.
JOINT BASE LEWIS MCCHORD, WA - Three units will conduct training with artillery, mortars, and demolitions at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) this week. The training is scheduled to take place during day and late-night hours, according to JBLM officials.
Beginning at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, teams will train with 155mm Howitzer artillery, 60mm, 81mm, and 120mm mortar rounds, and various demolitions. The training will continue through 11:59 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31.
