Foursquare Church Will Not Host Fourth of July Fireworks Show This Year

The City Blast Fourth of July celebration in downtown Puyallup is a tradition many enjoy, but now seems to be a thing of the past.

There will be no fireworks show this week, Foursquare Church announced online:

"City Blast was an event hosted by Foursquare Church on the 4th of July in celebration of Independence Day! Foursquare Church, along with the YMCA, offered multiple 5k/10k races through the streets of Downtown Puyallup. Foursquare Church also hosted an exciting 3-on-3 basketball tournament for all ages, as well as an incredible firework show with a concert at the end of the day. This year, Foursquare Church will not be hosting City Blast. It is the heart of Foursquare Church to reach its community and this year they will be going about this in another way, in the form of adding another amazing facility to their church.
