77-year-old Jerry Rye went missing from Renton last week, but has been sighted in Tacoma.

TACOMA, WA β The Tacoma Police Department is asking Pierce County residents to keep an eye out for a missing, vulnerable adult who disappeared last week.
77-year-old Jerry Rye was first reported missing by family members who were unable to contact him late last week. Rye was last seen on Wednesday, Feb. 9 at his Renton apartment complex, but in the days since he has been spotted in Tacoma and in Federal Way.
"Family have been checking locations heβs been known to frequent (downtown Safeway on S. 3rd and the adjacent 7-11), to include area hospitals, but have not been able to locate him," wrote the Renton Police Department on Facebook. "Jerryβs loved ones are very concerned for his welfare as itβs highly unusual for him to be gone for extended periods of time without contacting family."
