South Hill Man, 18, Held on Suspicion of Murder
The victim has not been recovered, but investigators believe he could be buried somewhere in Pierce County.

An 18-year-old South Hill man is in police custodyΒ for suspicion of murder, while Pierce County Sheriff's Deputies search for the person they believe he killed.
The Pierce County Prosecutor said thereΒ is probable cause to believeΒ Michael Jason Scharpf Breer killed Justin Morris on July 10 and disposed of the body--possibly in East Pierce County.
Breer faces formal charges at an arraignment Friday.
Investigators believe Breer showed up at a friend's house around 6 a.m. on July 10Β and admittedΒ to killingΒ someone, and asked for help.Β
The two men drove to Breer's residence, where the friend saw blood on the walls, stains on the floors and a body in a blanket.Β
Breer asked the friend to help him dispose of the body somewhere in Greenwater, but the friend refused and left. He reported the incident to police three days later.Β

Even without a body, Pierce County Prosecutors believe they have enough to make a case. Deputy Prosecutor Steve Penner told the Tacoma News Tribune that the two men knew each other. Social media indicates they both attended Rogers High School.Β Β
More details on this case will be available tomorrow at Breer's arraignment. Puyallup Patch will be there and report back what we learn.Β
