Boeing Co. Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Jim McNerney reported Monday that the board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of forty-four (44) cents per share.
The dividend is payable June 1, 2012, to shareholders of record as of May 11, 2012.
